The driven motors adopt SEW Germany, the bearings use SKF Fracne. Operating system uses PLC programing to make the process automated and easy control.

Two-color Baking Oven / Equipped with touch screen and programmed by commercial hollow wafer production line,PLC control,easy to operate which with automatic temperature control,lighting,making mixer,blowing,sheet splicing to finish baking process.
Cooling Machine / It raises the wafer sheets to have natural cooling and to relieve heating stress applied on the wafer sheet. also used to connect the tunnel oven to the cream spreading machine.Cooling time is about 3-5min.
Wafer batter Mixer / This machine used for mix the flour,ingredients,oil and other material.
Smashing Machine / This machine is for grinding the discarded wafer and the overall wastage from the whole process of the wafer making to through high speed blade. the capacity is about 15-60KG.
Cream Mixer / This machine is used to mix the shortening,sugar and other ingredient . with tempareture keeping tank and storage barrel.the capacity is 100-200L
Cutting Machine / Cutting with blade or steel wire, the size can adjustable through horizontal and vertical automatic.the capacity is 25pc/min
Cream Spreading Machine / This machine is used for spreading cream,chocolate and peanut on the wafer sheet,laminating into two colors and two tastes sandwich wafer biscuit.
Wafer Cooling Cabinet / The wafer sheet after spreading cream or chocolate, make sure the tast is crisp,it is necessary to put it is in the cooling cabinate. the temperature can be 0-8degree.the ourlet units is separated from the cooling room,so as to make sure the air drying.
