Cassava flash dryer/starch drying equipment/machine

Air flow drying system makes the dried material suspend therein by using the high speed hot air flow. it uses the varying diameters of branch segments of pulse tube and the continuous change of air flow speed to constantly thrash the material for drying; it has a high heat conduction coefficient and continuously drying a large amount of material .The drying time only needs approx.3~5 second, and the temperature of dried material will not exceed 60°C; feed starch moisture contain <40°C, dried starch moisture contain12~14°C, dried starch production 1~20 t/h.
The drier can be widely used for drying powder laminar and thermosensitive material, it is specially suitable for drying starch, modified starch, gluten powder made from the raw materials such as corn, potato etc.
