The production process: Add water to the raw material and mix it , the steam quenched and transferred into the twin-screw extruder for extrusion, cut by the cutter to small pieces of materials , after put the material into the air conveyor, into the drying oven for drying, dried material through the cooling conveyor is fed into the packaging machine for packaging. The sheet material needs to be cut with a cutting machine, and the small particles need to be processed by a wet mill.

Equipment composition:Mixer , screw hoister, conditioner, 65 Screw hoister, air conveyor, drying oven, cooling conveyor. The final part is automatic packaging machine. All equipment is made of stainless steel sealing plate. Screw, mesh belt and other parts contact with food use the food grade materials (304 stainless steel or food grade rubber). Electrical control adopts the touch screen operation, control cabinet independent centralized control.

Extruder uses 65-type screw host, specially it use the chopping machine for cutting the production into small granule, the screw using a modular structure, can adapt to a wider range of raw materials. Single production is in the 150 ~ 200KG.

Packing: The Co-extruder Snacks/screws/flour Fried Salad Sticks/bugles Chips Processing Line are always wrapped by film completely and safely .
