1. Description:
Bread chips machine is a new type of extruding food processing line studied and developed by ourselves on the basis of learning from advanced technology in the world so that its technical performance and quality of products both reach to the most advanced in the world. This line will finish mixing, extruding, drying flavoring, packing in one-pass operation automatically. This line features lots of types, flexible collocation, extensive applied materials, various products and easy operation.
2. Raw materials: adopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients
3. Products: Bread chips from the shaper, Also can produce snacks cereals ect by adjusting the mould from extruder
4. Capacity: 150kg/h, 240kg/h, 500kg/h
5. Flow chart: Mixing system---Extrusion system----Shaping and cutting system----Drying system----Flavoring system---Packing system
6. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage according to different countries
7. Machines Materials: All the machines are made by stainless steel

Packed by wooden case or wrapped by plastic film then shipped by container.
After saling of Bread chips machine ,if necessary, we will send one or two engineers to set up and commissioning of the Bread chips processing line until it running in normal state. During the time your workers who will operate the Bread chips
processing line will be trained.
