Workflow of palm oil processing machine:

(1)Sterilizion: Use steam or hot water to cooking the FFB,to prevent enzymes broken down and avoiding FFA content of oil goes too high.Also can soften the fruit and easy for threshing in next step.

(2)Threshing: The purpose of threshing is the oil palm fruits be separated from the fruit bunch through strong vibration.

(3) Digesting: crush the palm fruit first,to help more oil get out in pressing station.

(4) Pressing: Use our special design palm oil presser machine to get oil out from palm fruit.

(5) Oil clarification: Use vibrate screen,clarification tank and plate filter to remove impurities from palm oil and get clean palm oil.
