2 Process classification

A Continuous refining process

This process continuously performs four refining sections,including degumming and deacidification, decolorization, deodorization, dewaxing . The process has the advantages of high refining rate, low loss and high product quality.It is Suitable for large and medium refining workshop.

B Semi continuous refining process

It is a mixed process of batch production process and continuous production process. The refining rate is higher than that of batch production process. It is Suitable for medium and small oil factory.

c Batch refining process

Each refined sections operate intermittently.The process has the advantages of simple equipment,less investment,flexible process.It allow to be replaced raw oil varieties at any time.It is Applicable to small oil refineries or oil refineries with frequent oil.

3 Process introduction

A Degumming

Degumming is to remove the peptizing impurities in crude oil,mainly to remove phospholipids, in addition to the phospholipid binding protein, saccharide, mucus, trace metals, etc.. the peptizing impurities not only affects the stability of oil, but also affects the process effect of oil refining and deep processing.Such as in the course of alkali refining,it is easy to form emulsification, increase the difficulty of operation, increase the consumption of grease refining and auxiliary materials , and to reduce the quality of soap feet ;In the course of Decolorization,it increases the consumption of adsorbent,reduces the decolorization effect;In the course of deodorization, the color of the oil is deepened by the carbonizing colloid.

Therefore, the oil had not been deguming can not be carried out physical refining and deodorization operations, but also can not be deep processing.In summary, oil refining must remove the peptizing impurities firstly.

B Deacidification

Deacidification removes the free fatty acids from the crude oil to lower the acidity of the oil. Free fatty acids is easy to oxidation, and make the oil to produce irritating odor and then affect the flavor and the use value of oil.Unsaturated acid can accelerate the oxidation of oils, prevent oil hydrogenation smoothly and corrosion equipment.As free fatty acids are the root cause of deterioration of oils, So the less free fatty acids in oils, the better.

C Bleaching

D Deodorization

E Dewaxing
