Details description:

It is mainly composed of three parts: The body of the machinery, Hydraulic pump station,Electrical control cabinet .

The body of the machinery

Hydraulic pump station

1.pressure gage:Pressure gage is in 40-60Mpa. When the pressure gage shows 40Mpa, the hydraulic cylinder will automatically top 60Mpa, the hydraulic cylinder will automatically go down. It need to cycle 2-3 times. 2.Magnetic valve :You should clean it in time to avoid plug. We provide one-year warranty. We provide one-year warranty. 3.Oil pipe :The oil pipe is made of mental and will not leak oil.

Electrical control cabinet

It is easy to operate.1:The right red light is power light. 2:The middle green light is hydraulic pressing light . After putting materials into the machine, twist rotary switch to right side, the machine starts working to press oil. 3:The left orange light is heat ring control rotary switch, when need hot pressing just open the switch, if cold press,trun off the switch.

1.The machine needs to preheat, according to the material temperature adjustment thermometer, when the material temperature is too high that you can control the heating switch. When the press temperature and material temperature is comparable, it can improve the oil yield.
2.Open the lid, put the bottom plate and filter cloth, and then put the material, and then into the steel plate and filter cloth, cover the lid.

3.Close the temperature control switch.Turn on the switch.Observe the oil outlet of the oil, Oil is leaking from the oil line and Oil from the oil outflow, when the oil is not pressed, close the press switch, this process takes about 3-5min.

4.Open the lid, turn on the switch again,rise material bucket and remove the oil cake and steel plate.

5.Hydraulic cylinder need down to lift the pump handle, when the hydraulic cylinder down to the bottom, put down the handle.

6.The entire pressing process takes 10-15 min.

Attention:
1.The external power supply must be secure.
2.At the end of each day, please promptly clean inside and outside the barrel residue, to prevent oil slag blocked oil joints.
3.Be careful not to raise the plunger too high to prevent the hydraulic oil from coming out.
4.Do not open the cabinet or tank cap without permission during operation.
