Now there are 2 kinds of drying method in the world for milk powder, freeze drying and high temperature spray drying.

Freeze drying because it adopt low temperature, all of the nutrition of milk can be kept well, expecially when it adopt sublimation method. But this kind of machine investment cost is very high, and energy comsuption is huge, so it not be use widely.

Spray dryer have obvious advantage and disadvantage for milk powder making. Advantage: drying time is very short, not so much high drying temperature, high quality powder, milk powder quality can be control via adjust machine's technic parameter. Disadvantage: high thermal consumption, huge drying chamber, dust pollution, hard to clean, high demandment for arthcitect.

Working Theory:

MJY series dry milk powder machine is a continuous VBD which consist of drying chamber, Low Temperature Dry Milk Powder Machine China Continues Evaporation 160-180kg 25kw system, dosing system, belt transport device, products crusher, CIP system, PLC system, heating and cooling system.

Through pump, liquid material be sent into drying chamber, where material was drying there. There are 4 to 10 heating layers inside of the chamber. Drying medium, such as hot water recycle through into the heating layer, make sure the conveyor belt which move on it, be heated. And the material be distribute on the belt by the distributing device.
