corrugated cardboard production line is the professional equipment for prodcuing corrugated cardboard. The 3ply,5ply, 7ply,and multi-function corrugated cardboard production line mainly consist of the following equipment: mill roll stand, surface paper(core-paper)pre-heater.Single facer,conveying span bridge, glue application machine, double facer,slitter scorer,cut-off,conveyer and stacker,steam heating system, air compression system and glue making system,etc. Different models and quantities equipments can compose different models and grades 3ply,5ply,7ply corrugated paperboard production line. On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad,our company has develovped and designed these production lines with the speed 150-250m/min, the paper width 1400-2200mm and A/C/B/E four flutes for customer to choose from,the flute shape is UV shape and more like V shap.

Mill Roll Stand

* Hydraulic pulling up and down the rolling paper, meanwhile two rolling papers can be changed at same time.

* Tensing and loosing, centering and left and righ movement adopt Hydraulic movement.

* Mill containning paper adopts inflated chuck.

* Tension control can be shoose single-point/double-point pneumatic holding brake.

* The holding diameter max/min: 1500mm/300mm

Paper Preheater

* The cylinder adopt dished head structure, heat the rolling paper evenly.

* The cylinder is fixed and adjust the surface of the rolling basing on the wearing.

* Electric adjusting the heating-area,getting optimal effect.

* The pre-heated cylinder accords country pressue vessel making standard, and with pressure vessel inspection certificate.

* The diameter of the pre-heaters is 900mm, 1000mm.

* Valid working width: 1400-2000mm

Multiple paper preheater

* The cylinder adopt dished head structure, heat the rolling paper evenly.

* The cylinder is fixed and adjust the surface of the rolling basing on the wearing.

* Electric adjusting the heating-area, getting optimal effect.

* The pre-heated cylinder accord country pressure vessel making standard, and with pressure vessel inspection certificate.

* Combined into two, three or four multiple preheater.

* The diameter of the pre-heaters is 900mm, 1000mm

* Valid working width: 1400-2000mm

Single Facer

* Fingerless paper sorter cardboard box absorption without paste, Corrugated roll adopt high quality chrome molybdenum steel making more hardness after heat-treating.

* Diameter of the corrugated rollers are 320/340mm, big and small roller design, both corrugated rollers and two ends bearings all set assembly, quick and convenience, save repairing time.

* Glue roller and roller control is designed to slip into a group of rail disassembly, electric adjustment of every plasma unit, optionally core paper spray device.

* Microcomputer control or manual control by the amount of glue, micro-computer control according to different speed, base paper quality and other factors pre-operaton through the touch-screen input parameters, PLC automatically adjust a reasonable amout of glue. Improve board quality.

*Independent three-axis drive box output, universal joint transmission design, the gear selection of high quality alloy steel heat treatment enhanced the hardness, the use of helical gear design, the tooth surface by the grinding process processing. Main motor variable frequency speed motor used to save energy.

* On the corrugating roll and pressure roll down, glue institutions move to pressure control.

* Surfacer of pasting glue roller, even glue roller, preheating roller and other paper sorter cardboard box paper rollers adopts grinding, polishing and hard chromed orocessing.
