Brief introduction

DHG-9070A 72L blast drying chamber is an updated product with beautiful and practical appearance, all specifications of the drying box shell body are welded of high quality steel plate, surface spray, studio wall materials are made of high quality stainless steel, with 2 ~ 6 layers of shelves. The thermal insulation layer is filled with glass fiber yarn. Equipped with double-layer glass observation window, the studio is connected with the box body inserted with silica gel sealing surface, to ensure the studio is cut off from the outside. The power switch, temperature controller and other operating parts are all on the left of the front control panel.

Running situation: The heating thermostat system in the cabinet is composed by the fan, electric heater, perfect air duct structure and temperature control portion.When the power is turned on, the fan starts to work, the electric heater arranged at the back of the box body send the heat through the air duct into the studio, and discharged after passing the dry goods through the ventilation pipe, so that to ensure the temperature equilibrium by the constant cycle.

The temperature control instrument is microcomputer control, with thyristor trigger, high precision of temperature control, the control system has both time and temperature controller function, except for the protection device it also has the function of setting the upper and lower temperature and tracking alarm.
