The peanut oil processing flow chart:

1 Cleaning

Using the de-stoner, vibrate sieve and magnetic machine to clean the stone,dust , iron and other impurity,in order to get the high quality cake and oil and resuce the wastage of the machine.

2 Crushing
Using the crushing to break the material into requirement pieces ,neither too big nor too small.The peanut usually be broken into 4-6 pieces.

3 Flaking
Using the flaking mill to make the material into flake,increasing the surface area of exit oil.The thickness should be 0.5-1.6mm.

4. Cooking.
Using the roasted machine to adjust the material’s temperature and moisture,making the temperature reach 70-75 centigrade,in order to get oil easily.

5 Pressing

Taking screw press machine ,and the residual oil is about 5-8% in the cake.

Machinery press technology do not need a great quantity equipments,and adjust various kinds oil plants, good quality , shallow color , taste well.
After the pressing,we can get the crude oil and the cake, cake could be made the forage to animal,and the crude oil need to be refined though series refinery technologies to get the edible oil.
