1 The basic information of our paper-faced gypsum board production line

The gypsum board production line is the professional equipment for producing

new decoration material. The paper faced plasterboard manufactured by the whole set of equipments gets numbers of advantages such as light-weight, fire-proof, vibration-proof, heat insulation, simple to produce, easy of applicatiopn, elegant decoration effect etc.

The fuel consumption depends on your choice about the category of the fuels which conclude coal, oil, gas and so on.

Generally 13 persons are necessary for a complete set of equipments for one gypsum board production line.

2 The detailed presentation of paper surfaced gypsum board making machines

The flow chart of technical process:

Vertical mixer:

Our vertical mixer has accurate screw measurement pump visual liquid flow meter device which lead great convenience for operation.

Paper supply system:

It adopts special pneumatic shaft and magnetic powder brake. The high accuracy paper connecting way and hige precision electro-hydrauliuc alignment device coule ensure the good appearance qualiuty.

What is more, paper storage machine is installed in this kind of paper supply system, which could guarantee the paper is conveyed into the belts smoothly and continuously.

Forming table:

The vibrating table could shake the slurry on the bottom paper and spread it over, so that the gcross section of gypsum board would be filled with slurry.

Setting belt conveyor:

There are several water adding, surface leveling and edge treatment devices. The taper belt which is drived by frequency conversion can make the board the related shape. Besides, pneumatic pressing rollers could help to pull the very beginning of gypsum board out.

Dryer:

Our dryer is classfied into two types: thermal oil heating type dryer and hot air heating type dryer, which take coal, oil, and natural gas as main fuels.As for determination of drying type,it basically depends on different local fuel prices. Posotion fixing and stacking machine:

The fixing device would adjust the gypsum board from two directions, and the table would lower down for one piece of gypsum board, preparing for the next piece of gypsum board.

Electric control equipment:
