Crude sunflower oil refining machine for sale introduction:
Crude oil obtained from expellers or solvent extraction, contains impurities. To make the oil edible, the impurities must be taken out; such a process is called “oil refining(oil refining machine)”. Oil Refining (Oil Refining Machine) means conversion from crude oil to direct human consumption, crude oil refining machine, sunflower oil refining machine, oil refinery projects and industrial purpose.
In general, oil refining machine devides to 3 types: batch oil refining machine, semi-continuous oil refining machine, continuous oil refining machine. These 3 oil refining machine are used for different capacity. But the processes in each oil refining machine are almost the same.
Working process of oil refining machine:(1)pump crude oil into refining tank and heat with conduction oil, and the temperature will reach about 70°C-80°C after one hour.
Add acid or alkali to separate according to the acid value. After one hour's processing and 4-6hours deposit, then convey soap stock to storage tank.
(2)Pump refined oil into decoloring tank. When it is up to 90-110°C after one hour's heating, add clay into tank for 20min's processing. Then separate clay and oil with filter.
