the refinery consist of 4 parts

A . degumming

the working principle : the phospholipid can absorb water , when it get more water , will be more heavier , then fall down , thus to seperate with oil .

B. Alkali refinery

it is the neutralization between free factty acid and the alkali . Thus to get the soap ( RCOONa )

RCOOH+NaOH→RCOONa+H2O

C . Decolorization

As the bleaching earch can absorb pigment . thus to remove the pigment in the oil

D . deodorization

Use the negative pressure vapour to remove bad smell .
