Pre-treatment Plant

Solvent Extraction Plant

There are two types of leaching required. One is the low oil content of the material, such as soybeans, and the other is that the material has a high oil content. After pre-pressing, the pre-pressed cake is leached. After leaching of materials or cakes, the residual oil rate can be reduced to below 1%.

Refining Plant

Refining processing mainly through the deacidification, decolorization, deodorization section, remove the harmful substances in oil, so that oil color, smell, quality better.
