The squeezing bolt is made of alloy steel treated by carburozation to improve its suface hardness and wear resistance,the squeezing bolt are grinded by surface grinder to ensure the accuracy of oil thread and improve oil yeilding rate; the surface of machine are treated by stinless steel and chromium plating technology in accordance with the standard of food hygiene.

How to operate:

1.Ready the oil seeds and check the machine o assure its fuctions well.

2.Adjusting the oil expeller machine,such as electricity,handle

flexibility,heating(accordingly)

3.Open the oil expeller,seeds put into the feeder.

4.Seeds pushed into the squeezing bolt,start oil pressing.

5.Crude oil out of Squeezing row,flow into the oil plate.

6.Then oil flow into vaccum filter,beging filteration

7.After filteration,pure oil out of the bottom pipe
