Product Description
Wenzhou ACE machinery company has created the advanced automatic UHT sterilizer by learning high technology and the own industry experiences.This sterilizer is widely used for the natural fruit juice, fruit pulp, drink, milk and other liquid products.
The pasteurizer has characteristics such as compact structure, effective sterilization, convenient operation, wide adaptation, low cost and so on. According to users' needs, it can be supplied separately UHT sterilization system, including tube-type sterilizing machine, preheating tank, and insulation tank, the homogenizer interfaces can prevent formatting milk stone, with the pasteurization function. It can also available the entire unit, including UHT sterilizing system and flash degassing system.

| 1). It is heated directly but it is cooled indirectly. The cooling water and sterilizing water are not mixed together,avoiding the secondary pollution. | |||
| 2). It does not need water sterilizing chemicals and the high temperature can contribute to the sterilization in a short time. | |||
| 3). A small quantity of sterilizing water can circulate quickly to reach the expected sterilizing temperature. | |||
| 4). Multiple-step temperature raise and down can keep the color and flavor of food production. | |||

| 7). Precise pressure control system can ensure food package won’t change in cooling period, especially inflated packaged food |
| Working principle | |||
| 1).Put the product from a storage tank mounted for the sterilizer into the heat exchanger unit. | |||
| 2).Heat the product by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp for sterilizing the product, then cool down into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water. | |||
| 3).Before each production shift, sterilize in place the system with aseptic filler together by superheated water. | |||
| 4).After each production shift, clean in place the system with aseptic filler together by hot water, alkali liquid and acid liquid. |
Packing & Delivery
1.Main tanks, vessels and machines will be packaged with painted steel frames.
2.All spare parts, accessories and fittings will be packaged with painted steel box.
3.All items wrapped with soft package for protection.
4.Standard shipping containers will be used for general purpose.
5.All equipments will be loaded into containers according to exact container layout drawings.
6.After loaded into containers, all equipments will be well fixed to the containers.
