ProcessA. sesame seed oil processing machine pretreatment workshop introduction:

B. sesame seed oil mill plant pressing workshop introduction:
after pretreatment, the scraper conveyer transport the materials to the expeller for pressing sesame seed oil,then we can get crude sesame seed oil for refining.

1. sesame seeds soil degumming and deacidification: removing the phosphatide by adding hot water and alkalia.
2. sesame seeds oil decolorizing:removing the pigment by adding bleaching earth,and then use the filter to separated the wasted earth.
3. sesame seeds oil deodorization: removing the FFA and other solid particle to get the good smell oil.
