Cleaning: A good pretreatment process is start from cleaning.Cleaning is very important not only because it can ensure the quality of the final product(oil and oil cake), but also avoid early wear to the pre-treatment equipment. Cleaning usually adopts screening separation machine, decorticator machine and stoner to remove hull, impurities, stones, sands, metal etc.

oil refining is based on the different of oil and the impurities in the physiacl and chemical properties, separate the grease and impurity by some technical ways, in order to improve the oil edible, storage staility and safety process. Oil refining process is devided into chemical refining and physical refining.

the refining technical and equipment we adopt suits different kinds of vegetable oil process. According to the raw materials and capacity, we can use batch, continuous,physical and chemical refining design, the product oil can reach first to fourth grade. Guarantee the highest quality in lowest cost.
