Pretreatment and pressing is the primary section for an oil factory ,In order to adjust all oil sed to the best state before pressing, this section mainly adopts cleaning, husking, crushing ,flaking, softening,/puffing,cooking process etc. It is convenient for going on the following pressing process, increase oil yield and improve oil quality .For different oil seeds ,the pretreatment and pressing technology, equipment are different too ,our company can offer suitable proposal according to your specific capacity . production capacity : 5-1000T/D

The main process :mustard seed-cleaning--crushing--softening--flaking--cooking--pressing--filtration --crude oil

The main machine and function :

1.Cleaning sieve : Using sieves to clean the stone ,straw, or other impurities in the oil seed

2. Magnetic drum : It is used for cleaning the iron impurity in the oil seed ,iron impurities are harmful to machine .

3. Husking machine : Some oil seed ,such as cottonseed , sunflower seed , palm kernel ,peanut ,rapeseed and other oil seed with shell ,Need to move shell first, because if you don't remove it ,It will absorb oil from the kernel .

4.Crusher : It is used for crushing oil seed into pieces ,which can help to extract more oil from oil seed

5. Flaking roll : It is the process of making use of the mechanical action to flake the kernel into flakiness .After flaking ,the material is becoming thiner than before , it is good to absorb moisture and heat in the cooking process ,and it is much easier for getting oil in the oil press process

6. Cooker : The main function of this part is wetting , heating, cooking and drying the the flakiness, the effectiveness of the cooking will affect on the oil out rate and the quality of the meal

7.It is usually used for processing the soybean. Its main function is conditioning the moisture and temperature of materials , increasing its plasticity .This process also can be effectively prevent powder overmuch and roll banding in follow processes

8.It is usually used for processing rice bran in oil field . The high temperature and pressure to make the materials into graininess. During this process, the materials are puffing sharply , the internal moisture was evaporated quickly and formed into loose structure , it is good for solvent extracting oil out

9. Pressing : It is used to extract oil from all kinds of oil seed ,Our oil press machine have high oil out rate and low oil residue in the cake

10.Filtration : It is used to remove impurities in the oil .get the standrad crude oil

1. Degumming :This is the most important section of hydrate de-gumming, manage the adding water (there is a little P-acid in the water) amount, temperature and add water speed.
2.Deacidification:this part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis like (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours.
3.Decolorization :In normal situation , there is pigment in the crude oil , we need to using the active clay to absorb the pigment away , after 20 mins , we use the vibrating filter to filter the waste clay away . If you want to get light color oil , you need to add more active clay . That is mean , the customer can accord to his requirement to control the oil color.
