· Has combined functions in one—the press cage’s auto-warming up, oil plants' squeezing and crude oil's filtrating, therefore saves labor cost and time consumption, thus, raises working efficiency.
· The function of auto-warming up the press cage has replaced the traditional way by squeezing residue cake, which shortened the preparation work and reduced the energy consumption. When the squeezing is suspended, the temperature can be maintained at a certain degree by this system.
· The two gzc10f2 Guangxin manufacturer moringa mustard oil expeller machine filters equipped on the machine has advantages of easy operating, high output and the filtration result is precise.
· Day output 4.5ton/24h, oil content of residue cake ≤8%.

Q: If I don't know how to operate this machine? How can I do?
A: Our machine has been tested OK and fully assembled before shipping, customer just needs to make2~4 hours wear-in and then can work.
Q: What's wear-in for new machine?
A: Using 10 KG oil cake + 1KG sand + 1KG water, mix them, put in oil press, wear in 3~4hs.
1. 1st hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 3mm.
2. 2nd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2.5mm.
3. 3rd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as2 mm.
