Structure and working principle

1,Structure:

It is consist of the former base , the hopper, spiral, filters, juice hopper, the backer base, shafts and other parts of Java components, spiral spindle bearing on the rolling bearing, the right side bearing on the hand wheel bearings, the motor pulley through a pair of triangular screw driver to work.

2,working principle:

The main components of the equipments is spiral, which increases gradually along the material residue outlet direction while the screw pitch reduces gradually. when the materials are pushed in by the spiral , due to the volume contraction of the spiral cavity , the materials are extracted .

When the raw materials are added into the material feeding hopper, they receive pressure under the boosting of the spiral and the extracted juices will flow into the juice container through the filter screen, and the waste materials will be discharged trough the ring interval formed between the spiral and the pressure adjusting taper part . the movement towards the axial direction by the pressure adjusting head can adjust the size of interval so as to adjust the juice extracting rate .

Operation

1, the machine must be installed level and land-pin by screw fixation.
2, steps:
When the device was activated, the pressure head should be adjusted so that annular gap reaches the maximum, then gradually reduce the gap to process the request, and then brake hand wheel chock fixed location.
3, feed must be homogeneous, and strictly prohibit the entry of foreign matter hopper hard to avoid screen damage.
4, the maintenance of:
After class work must be use water and scrubbing brush filter. If more of the juice on the filter should be washing more, as production of the internetwork, washing in hot water after squeezing all cleaning machines.
