Description of coconut oil filter

coconut oil filter are designed specially to fit medium and small sized spiral type oil press.It can be used to filter all kinds of edible crude oil.This frame oil filter is composed of filter plates, filter frames, oil pump and filter cloth, etc. When the crude oil is pumped into the filtering machine, under the different pressure in and outside the machine, the crude oil go through the filtering cloth and come out from the pipe under the filter plate, while the oil dregs remains on the surface of the filtering cloth,thus realizing the filtering process.

Crude oil→added into hydration kettle→turn on low speed stirring,heating up to 70-95℃→heat preservation→adding saturated gel solution of 0.3%-1% concentration→turn on high speed stirring(150-200r/min) 20-60 min→adding 3%-7% slight boiled water→continue high speed stirring(150-200r/min)15-30 min→turn to low speed stirring(40-60r/min)20-60min→motionless heating,stir and keep it still for 30-90 minutes to precipitate→expelling saponins→heating to 115℃→dehydration treatment→pumping to fine filtration and decoloration kettle→end product degummed oil.
